my little rattie Coco just went in for a major operation to get a tumour removed- she is recovering brilliantly thanks to her little sister Chanel… practically doing everything for her haha

He has girls, but those two are boys.
I think you’ll enjoy pet rats much more than gerbils. I really don’t know too much about gerbils, but i love my rattie to death. I’ve had 7 rats in my life time. They’re so smart, people pleasing, curious, sweet- kind of like little dogs.
I hope you get some rats! I know you’ll like them!

I only have one rat as well.
I highly reccomend you get him another one, so long as your rat isn’t too old…
I’m working on getting my rattie another friend, but i have to wait until summer vacation is over. :]

Depends on your situation. In my case, one of my boys died and I got him a new buddy, and the remaining boy died before the newbie could even settle in with him.
My parents wouldn’t let me get another for him. He (Edward) is a very spoiled boy though!

yup you are coz they cant groom each other and stuff plus no company at night and lots more. if you put in a rat in the same cage now they will kill each other so yes bottom line yes.

girls are alot more active and males like to cuddle more. so if you want to interact with your rats alot get boys.
i know it sounds kinda mean but i have a female dumbo rat, i wish i could like transform her into a male huskey rat like these guys. theyre so cute

There dead nice mine are 20 weeks now , hated the thought of having rats but love them now. 2 girls beau an wolfie , dnt laugh the mrs picked the names

Im soo glad im not the only one who brings the pets down for christmas to open pressies and what not! Really nice video and they are both gorgeously handsome little men! Im making real progress with mine too!
